Getting started
Sign up free, add your shop and branches, and order from the suppliers already on Madana. Each supplier delivers your sub-order in the window they accept it with.
Apply with your company details. KYB verification returns a decision by email; then you import your price list by CSV, set per-retailer prices and terms, and go live.
Know Your Business: a check of the company, its registration and the person signing, done once at onboarding for suppliers and retailers.

No. Madana is additive: keep your ERP for inventory and your chats for relationships. Madana is the ordering and settlement record between you and the other side.
Retailers
Never. Basic is free forever and ordering is never paywalled. A lapsed Pro drops to Basic and keeps ordering.
Yes. The final price after every discount and tax is computed once per line and printed on the cart and the invoice, the same number.
You can keep WhatsApp. But eight suppliers means eight threads, eight invoices at different times and eight cheques to write; here it is one cart, one archive, one calendar.

Billing
On completed sub-orders only, monthly in arrears. The invoice is visible five business days before it is charged, with a per-sub-order breakdown.

Security and data

Never. A retailer sees the price you set for them and nothing else.
No. Settlement between suppliers and retailers is recorded on the platform, never transacted through it. There are no wallets, lending or payment processing.
