Do I lose ordering if I stop paying?
Never. Basic is free forever and ordering is never paywalled. A lapsed Pro drops to Basic and keeps ordering.
Is the price on the cart the price on the invoice?
Yes. The final price after every discount and tax is computed once per line and printed on the cart and the invoice, the same number.
We order fine on WhatsApp. Why change?
You can keep WhatsApp. But eight suppliers means eight threads, eight invoices at different times and eight cheques to write; here it is one cart, one archive, one calendar.
Who do I contract with?
A Jordanian company that invoices in JOD with a Jordanian tax number. Money between you and your suppliers never passes through Madana.
Will my card work for Pro?
Visa and Mastercard from the major Jordanian banks work, and a bank-transfer option is on every invoice.
