Who sees what
Every account is a tenant. Access follows the sub-order, not the platform.

Platform staff see what operating the marketplace requires, under the same audit trail. Retailers see the same model from their side: their orders, their invoices, never another retailer's.
The controls behind it
Nothing here is a plan. Each one is how the product works today.
Tenant isolation
Every query is scoped to your tenant. There is no view that lists another supplier's or retailer's data.
Role-scoped dashboards
Platform, supplier and retailer are separate dashboards with separate permissions; reps and warehouse staff get their own scoped logins.
Audit trail
Every price change, credit change and order event is logged with who, what and when, and stays visible to the account it belongs to.
Cards never touch Madana
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's side and never stored by Madana.
Encrypted in transit
All traffic between your browser or app and Madana runs over HTTPS.
Bilingual parity, enforced
Every screen ships in Arabic and English with the same information; the build fails if one language falls behind.
Money
Money never passes through Madana.
No wallets
There is no balance to hold on the platform, so there is nothing to lose from it.
No lending
Credit terms are between a supplier and a retailer. Madana records and enforces them; it does not finance them.
No processing
Settlement is recorded, never transacted. Cheques, transfers and cash stay exactly where they are today.
We record the numbers. We never hold the money.
