- Retailer ordering, invoices, receipts or the cheque calendar
- Setup, per-user or per-warehouse fees
- Payment processing between you and your suppliers or retailers; money never passes through Madana

Billing questions
Short answers on plans, commission and payment.
On completed sub-orders only, monthly in arrears. The invoice is visible five business days before it is charged, with a per-sub-order breakdown.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades apply from the next billing date.
No. Basic is free forever and ordering is never paywalled. A lapsed Pro drops to Basic and keeps ordering.
Visa or Mastercard from the major Jordanian banks, or bank transfer; the transfer details are on every invoice.
Monthly plans cancel anytime and stop at the end of the period. Annual plans run twelve months at 10% less.
