Sounds familiar?
The counter queue is the order book.
Whoever is at the front gets served; the phone orders wait.
Credit by memory.
A shop's limit is whatever the last person who served them remembered.
Bounced cheques found late.
The next three orders already went out on the same account.
What changes
Orders from the phone, at their price
Each shop sees the price you set for it, with case and pallet as separate offers.
A limit that holds
Over the limit or a cheque bounced, and the next sub-order waits for your decision.
The cheque register
Received, deposited, cleared, bounced, by due date, with the aging beside it.

What people in your shoes ask first.
Yes. A sub-order can be collected rather than delivered; it is still recorded, picked and receipted the same way.
Prices are per retailer and per offer; terms are per retailer. A Net-0 retailer simply has Net-0 terms with the price you set.
No. A monthly tier plus 1.5% on completed sub-orders, capped at the difference to the next tier. Retailers pay nothing.
