Who we are
Madana is operated by [Legal entity name], a company registered in Amman, Jordan ([Registered address]), which contracts with and invoices suppliers and retailers in Jordan. The platform's technology is provided by Blueprints Digital Center LLC, its parent company in the United States. In this policy, "we" means the Jordanian company, and "you" means the business using Madana and the people acting for it.

What we collect
Account and business data. The business name, registration and tax details you give us at sign-up, and the names, roles, emails and phone numbers of the people you add as users. Suppliers and retailers complete a business verification (KYB) once, at onboarding.
Transaction data. Orders and sub-orders, prices and per-retailer price overrides, credit terms and limits, invoices, receipts, cheque records (received, deposited, cleared, bounced) and delivery events. This is the record of business between a supplier and a retailer; it is the reason the platform exists.
Usage and device data. Log records such as IP address, browser or app version, pages viewed and actions taken, used for security, support and to improve the product. The site's analytics events are sent to a tag manager data layer; no advertising trackers are used.
Payment data. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's side and are never stored by Madana. Bank-transfer details for paying an invoice are shown to you, not collected from you.
Why we use it
To run the platform: matching orders to suppliers, computing prices and credit, issuing invoices, tracking deliveries and showing analytics. To keep it secure: detecting misuse, keeping an audit trail of price and credit changes. To bill suppliers and retailers who subscribe. To answer support requests. To meet legal obligations in Jordan, including tax records.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see what
Every account is an isolated tenant. A supplier sees only their own sub-orders, prices, credit and receivables; a retailer sees only their own orders, invoices and cheques. A supplier never sees another supplier's figures, and a retailer never sees a supplier's cost price. Peer benchmarks shown to suppliers are aggregated and anonymised.
Platform staff see what operating the marketplace requires, under the same audit trail.
We share data with service providers that help run the platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing through Stripe), bound to use it only for that purpose, and with authorities when the law requires it.
Money
Money between suppliers and retailers never passes through Madana. Settlement is recorded on the platform and never transacted through it. There are no wallets, no lending and no payment processing between the two sides.
Retention and deletion
Transaction records are kept for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period Jordanian tax and commercial law requires for invoices and accounting records. Usage logs are kept for a shorter period needed for security and support. When you leave, you can ask us to delete your account's personal data; records we must keep by law are retained only for that purpose.
Your rights
You can export your orders, invoices and analytics to XLSX and PDF at any time from your dashboard. You can ask us to correct inaccurate data, to delete personal data we are not required to keep, and to explain what we hold about you. Write to [Privacy contact email].
Security
Traffic between your browser or app and Madana is encrypted in transit. Access is scoped by role: platform, supplier, retailer, and separate logins for reps, pickers and drivers. Every price change, credit change and order event is logged with who, what and when. If you find a vulnerability, tell us through the contact form and we will acknowledge within one business day.
Cookies
Madana uses cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure, and a tag manager data layer for product analytics. It does not use advertising cookies.
Children
Madana is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and material changes are announced to account holders by email before they take effect.
