Pricing and credit · Credit terms and limits
Terms per retailer, a limit per account, a hold the moment either is crossed.
Net-0 to Net-60 per retailer, a credit limit per account, aging buckets you can read at a glance, and a soft block that holds a sub-order for your decision instead of shipping it. The limit lives in the system, not in a rep's memory.

The rules
- 01
Terms per retailer
Net-0, 7, 15, 30 or 60, set per account and shown to the retailer while they order.
- 02
A limit per account
Used, held and available, updated by every sub-order, cheque and receipt.
- 03
Soft block, not rejection
Over the limit, or an overdue cheque behind it, and the sub-order waits for you: release, reduce, or ask for a cheque first.
- 04
Held cheques do not free headroom
Credit stays used until the cheque clears, so the ledger never flatters anyone.
