Pricing and credit · Per-retailer prices

One list price. One override per retailer. No third price in the field.

Import your price list by CSV with a preview, override per retailer and product with a validity window, and let reps give one-off discounts inside the limit you set. The retailer sees one final price before confirming, and the invoice prints the same number.

The rules

  • 01

The list price is yours alone

Set in the dashboard or by CSV. Nobody in the field can change it.

  • 02

One override per retailer and product

With a validity window. When it expires, the list price returns on its own.

  • 03

    Discounts inside a limit

A rep can give a one-off discount up to the limit you set, logged with the reason. Not a penny past it.

  • 04

    The cart computes once

Override, discount, then tax, per line. The invoice carries the same figures to the fils.

Where it shows

  • Supplier dashboard

The price list, every override with its window, and the discount limit per rep.

  • Retailer screen

Their price only, on the catalogue and the cart, never the list price or anyone else's.

  • Rep app

The retailer's price and the room left for a one-off discount, nothing to type.

Logged, always

Every change is written with who, what and when, and both sides can see the part that concerns them.

  1. Price list imported: which file, which rows changed
  2. Override set or expired: retailer, product, window, by whom
  3. Discount given: rep, retailer, amount, reason
