Sub-orders · Fulfilment·Stage 2 of 4

Accepted, picked, shipped, each with a name on it.

The supplier accepts the sub-order, the warehouse picks it against an Arabic barcoded pick-list, short-ships are marked in one tap, and the truck leaves with a driver and plate on the record.

What happens

  • 01

    Accepted

The supplier confirms the sub-order and its delivery window; the retailer sees it change state.

  • 02

    Picked against a list

Arabic-only, barcoded, per truck, with a login per picker.

  • 03

    Short-ship in one tap

What is not on the shelf is marked line by line; the sub-order and the invoice adjust once.

  • 04

    Shipped with a name

Driver and plate on the sub-order; the retailer sees who is coming.

Who does what

The supplier

  • Accepts or adjusts each sub-order from the dashboard or the rep app
  • Prints or opens pick-lists per truck
  • Assigns the driver; the plate travels with the sub-order

The retailer

  • Sees accepted, picking and shipped as they happen
  • Learns of a short-ship before the truck arrives, not at the door
  • Sees the driver's name and plate on the tracking screen

What it records

Every event on the sub-order is timestamped and visible to both sides. Nothing lives in a voice note.

  1. Accepted: by whom, with which delivery window
  2. Picked: which picker, which lines, which short-ships
  3. Shipped: which driver and plate, at what time
