Sub-orders · Delivery·Stage 3 of 4

Delivered at the door, recorded at the door.

The driver delivers against the sub-order, marks it delivered with proof, and the receipt lands in the retailer's app. The retailer marks received, reports a problem, or disputes, per sub-order.

What happens

  • 01

    Against the sub-order

The driver's app carries the same lines the warehouse picked; nothing is delivered from memory.

  • 02

    Proof of delivery

Marked at the door with time and driver; the receipt issues to the retailer at once.

  • 03

    Received, or not

The retailer confirms receipt, reports a problem, or disputes the sub-order from the phone.

  • 04

    Closed shop, open sub-order

A failed attempt is recorded and the sub-order stays open for the next run.

Who does what

The supplier

  • Sees each delivery event as the driver records it
  • Handles a reported problem on that sub-order, with the line-level record
  • Never marks paid at delivery unless cash actually changed hands, and records it if it did

The retailer

  • Sees the driver on the way, by name and plate
  • Gets the receipt in the app as the driver leaves
  • Marks received or disputes, per sub-order, within the app

What it records

Every event on the sub-order is timestamped and visible to both sides. Nothing lives in a voice note.

  1. Delivered: driver, time, proof
  2. Received, problem reported or disputed: by whom, when, which lines
  3. Failed attempts and the next run
